# How many mongel backends for an application?

A question that appears to have not been asked nor answered in this  
group…

How many mongrel backends for an application?  
How do you measure how the mongrel instances are going? (When do you  
decide to add another instance?)

Brilliant Anthony, I guess I should have searched a little bit more  
vastly than this google group!  
I guess I’ll have to cook up some other questions that might be useful.
