I am an IT recruitment consultant and my client is looking for a  
experienced developer to head up their busy team working on a variety  
of challenging interactive projects. The successful candidate will be  
leading the transition of the company’s interactive projects from PHP  
to Ruby on Rails and implementing the company’s Ruby on Rails  
strategy. Therefore the successful candidate will need excellent Ruby  
on Rails and PHP frameworks experience and have worked within large  
scale web development projects.
