I am new in gnuradio programming.
I am struggled all these days with GMSK demodulation and finally I am not sure if the flow and the parametarization of my gnu radio schema is correct and the demodulation of GMSK Recording is correct.
I attach a photo of gnuradio schema.

My initial recording is at 10M and I decimate 8 times. The baud of the transmitter is 38400.
The constellation seems like one of GMSK, but I save the output with the demodulated bits, but I cannot locate the sync word that I am waiting for.
Can anyone give me any hint.
Thanks in advance.
