# Git and Instant Rails

I am developing on a windows machine and using Instant Rails. I  
installed git and it is available from the command prompt. However, I  
can not seem to install any plugins from a git repository. It executes  
the commands, creates a folder, but there is nothing in it. Anyone  
else having this issue?
