# Gems setup.rb continued

After a hack to work around the previous regular expression substitution  
problem, we continue …

1. throw exception “Malformed version number” (due to $1 returning nil  
after a successful match)

2. $1 still incorrectly returns nil

3. Wrong number or type of arguments for method “module\_eval”

4. Wrong number or type of arguments for method “private”

5. Wrong number or type of arguments for method “define\_method”

6. Undefined method “module\_function”
