I have a windows 2003 in an intranet and I’m installing RoR on it, but
when I try to install the rails with the command “gem install rails” I
got an error like :
" ERROR: While executing gem … (Errno::EBADF) Bad file descriptor -
connect(2)"
Does any have any idea about how to fix it?
