Hello.

I have been buying today a DX Patrol SDR board. Works on Android,
however I’m getting some troubles with GRC.

Using device 0: Generic RTL2832U OEM
Found Rafael Micro R820T tuner

A Terratec board with an Elonic s E400 tuner is working without any
major problem at the test frequency (98.6 M).

May I ask for help?

Tnx

Some applications (e.g. DVB) automatically acquire the RTL at
boot, preventing Gnuradio from opening it.

sudo rmmod dvb\_usb\_rtl28xxu rtl2832

at the command line, each each boot, or

blacklist the device by creating a somefilename.conf file in
/etc/modprobe.d
(may depend on Linux distribution) containing:

blacklist dvb\_usb\_rtl28xxu
blacklist rtl2832
blacklist rtl2830

Hello.

Yes, tnx. I have a procedure that removes the rt2832 and related drivers
before starting grc.

The problem is that the source gr-osmosdr is able to connect the board
however the R820T’s PLL is not working.
