tfpt review “/shelveset:scl;REDMOND\sborde”

Comment :  
Adds support for SCRIPT\_LINES\_\_. If the constant is set, Ruby adds all  
loaded file into it mapped to the contents of those files. This enables  
RCov to work in a slow mode

Had to update SourceUnit to expose the encoding of the file
