tfpt review /shelveset:RubyLibTweaks1;REDMOND\curth

Implemented minor changes for library support:  
Very basic Dir.glob (just enough for Rails test case)  
Enumerable::Enumerator  
Fcntl constants  
Thread.current

Added temporary code to loader to report modules as loaded if built into  
IronRuby but external to Matz
