tfpt review “/shelveset:config-1;REDMOND\jflam”  
Comment :  
Updated the Rakefile to reflect the new DLR configuration settings. We  
now transform app.config to ir.exe.config based on whether it is a  
Merlin, Svn, or Binary distribution build / package.
