Hello, I am using this tutorial: [http://wiki.dreamhost.com/index.php/Capistrano](http://wiki.dreamhost.com/index.php/Capistrano) All seems to be working fine until I am asked to enter this command: svn add config/deploy.rb lib/tasks/capistrano.rake I am getting this response: subversion/libsvn\_wc/lock.c:377: (apr\_err=155007) svn: ‘config’ is not a working copy * * * In general I have found the deployment of rails the most frustrating part. I would sincerely appreciate a bit of help on this. Thanks! mk ---

Hi I can’t be a lot of help, I didn’t use capistrano with DH. [http://www.nubyonrails.com/pages/shovel](http://www.nubyonrails.com/pages/shovel) Here you’ll find Geoffrey Grosenbach’s Shovel (A capistrano helper I think and a Dreamhost recipe) [http://blog.labratz.net/articles/2006/8/19/yet-another-guide-to-installing-mephisto-on-dreamhost](http://blog.labratz.net/articles/2006/8/19/yet-another-guide-to-installing-mephisto-on-dreamhost) I followed this and (largely) it worked - I think I had a few issues with Gems freeze and TZinfo Hope that is of some small help Spencer
