# Can't start mongrel\_rails service on win2003

I can’t start mongrel server as a service on win2003.  
mongrel\_rails start [options] works, but if I want install it as a  
service i  
get error:

C:\ror\app\>mongrel\_rails service::install -N app -e development -p 30

i solved installing a local copy of win32-service gem ver 0.5.2 instead  
of  
0.7.0
