# Cannot connect to http

Hi ,  
I am trying to get response from a site but getting error like

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly  
respond after a period of time  
or established connection failed because connected host has failed to  
respond. - connect(2)

I am not able to connect to any site . can anyone tell me what may be  
the problem and solution ?
