Hi all,

Windows XP Pro
VC++ 8

When attempting to build the postgres-0.7.1 library, I get this error:

```
    C:\ruby\bin\ruby -e "puts 'EXPORTS', 'Init_postgres'" >
```

I’ve built a ruby.exe.manifest, btw, if that matters, via:

mt -inputresource:ruby.exe;2 -out:ruby.exe.manifest

Do I need to do something similar for postgres? If so, what exactly?

Regards,

Dan
