# Build a website in japanese language

Hi,

I’m newbie to the concept of internationalization, so i may sound funny.  
I have a requirement of building a website which teaches japanese(like  
fill in the blanks, choose the best answer, etc,etc).  
There will be an admin/teacher console who will create students,  
questions(in japanese), create question paper and assign question paper  
to students.  
I have no idea how i should proceed with the language part. how do i  
store japanese text in database / show it in our views?.

Please Help.
