Hi All,

I’m working on online food ordering system, as the order is created an
email is sent to the restaurant regarding the order, Is there any way to
inform the restaurant using auto printout or a fax.

Thanks in advance,

Saurabh

If the server is connected to the printer, you could have the server
print
the orders. Alternatively, you could setup something on a machine in the
restaurant so that it prints out emails based on some filter.
I looked into doing something similar with PDF reports. The PDF spec
allows
auto printing when a document is opened. Prawn has some basic support
for
this (search the mailing list).
