Hello friends,
I have configured attachment\_f. It’s working fine on Local(development)
system but giving problem on production. Basically on production the
attachment\_fu is not able to generate thumbnail image it saving the
original
size image. Below is the configuration.

has\_attachment :content\_type =\> :image,
:storage =\> :file\_system,
:max\_size =\> 500.kilobytes,
:thumbnails =\> {:thumb =\> ‘170x60\>’},
:processor =\> ‘Rmagick’,
:path\_prefix =\> ‘public/store\_images’

Is any idea what can be an issue?

Regards
Abhi

Can be a filesystem permision problem. Can you see the log/
production.log file and post the relevant section?

Regards.

Sorry, I reply my reply because I omit the “original image is saved”
part. Anyway, take a look at the log/production.log and tell us what
you see.

Regards.
