Fixed a bug stopping fixtures from loading on PostgreSQL (Bad! Bad  
MySQL/SQLServer for not reporting when you are sent garbage in  
queries!). As usual:

I’m still looking at the bug when loading controllers (ticket #56)  
that some people still seem to be hitting when using the login engine  
and user engines together. If you are experiencing problems, the most  
common symptom being errors when you try and load user/list, please  
get in touch.
