Hello all ``` i am very very interested on Ruby on Rails ``` technology presently i am working as SEO and Web analytic and now i want to learn all about Ruby on Rails so please help me for it ---

what do you mean by “want to learn all about Ruby on Rails”? You can read all about it - just google. Otherwise, if you’re wanting to know about it, then start picking up a few books or something. ---

Funny you clearly had to google to find this user group and went to the effort of asking the question. I wonder what an SEO is? Anyway I started out by watching the screencast on [rubyonrails.org](http://rubyonrails.org) to get me “excited” than I went and read [http://www.humblelittlerubybook.com/book/html/](http://www.humblelittlerubybook.com/book/html/) to learn how to code in ruby. And after that I went through the first guide on [guides.rubyonrails.org](http://guides.rubyonrails.org). After than I thought I liked the smell of them apples so I bought the book [Agile Web Development with Rails 7 by Sam Ruby](http://pragprog.com/titles/rails3/agile-web-development-with-rails-third-edition) . And since I’ve been building my rails apps for real life ™. I was lucky enough to have a brother who’s very experienced in RoR development so he was able to guide me down that path. ---

Before everything, you need to get into ruby. And without Ruby, Ruby on rails would like a puzzle. Get a book on Ruby first, you can get in amazon, used books very cheap.
