I’ve searched high and low and come up with:

[http://blog.aisleten.com/2007/05/03/ajax-css-star-rating-with-acts\_as\_rateable/](http://blog.aisleten.com/2007/05/03/ajax-css-star-rating-with-acts_as_rateable/)

But they are all pretty old. Even searching the list I’m only seeing
incomplete conversations of people trying to implement something. The
first one is filled with text errors (so it seems anyway) so I’m
having a big difficulty getting it working. Does anyone know of more
recent information on using acts\_as\_rated or acts\_as\_rateable doing an
Ajax submission similar to those above?

Much thanks,
Tim

Well it just seems little information is out there with current
working assistance to show how to do this. For those of you that are
curious too on how to do this perhaps you wouldn’t mind voting up at
[http://railscasts.uservoice.com/pages/general/suggestions/33964](http://railscasts.uservoice.com/pages/general/suggestions/33964) -
maybe Ryan and RailsCasts might cover something.

Thanks,

Tim
