Hi All,

Does anybody know of a plugin, gem, component, sample app, whatever,
running with AR, that allows a user to define ad hoc queries by
selecting the columns they want to see, ability to define filters using
and/or semantics, select columns for ordering and grouping… ?

Cheers!
Lawrence

Hi,

We have such solution as ActiveX and [ASP.NET](http://ASP.NET) control:
[EasyQuery: .NET/ASP.NET query builder and advanced search components](http://devtools.korzh.com/eq/)
You can see how it works on the special demo page:

Unfortunately our product does not work with Ruby.

With the best regards, Sergiy,
