Does somebody know about an native implementation of a geocoder in Ruby?

Something similar to this =\>
[http://www.developer.com/xml/article.php/3557171](http://www.developer.com/xml/article.php/3557171)

I have tried geocoder,yahoo-geocode, etc…

I need to pass through it some millions of records so I need something
that
doesn’t use web services… something that could run fast…
