Our technology department is building systems that serve the best customers in the world - our customers. Our platform uses some of the most cutting-edge technologies available. We have built most of our systems on open-source technologies. We use Linux, PHP, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Apache, Nginx and more (you can even help us figure out what else!).

Responsibilities:

1. Develop well-designed, easy maintainable, scalable, and reusable software
2. Bring fresh ideas that can benefit the project and the company
3. Come up with technical solutions to business requirements
4. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
5. Perform code review of other developers
6. Code using best coding practices
7. Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design
Qualifications

Required technical skills and experience:

1. Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails
2. Knowledge of the development infrastructure like Git - ideally GitHub
3. Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Backbone, Ember, and Angular
4. Experience with  Docker, API, swagger
5. Familiarity with microservice or service-based architectures
6. Experience in configuration of Linux server environment
7. Excellent knowledge of web-based technologies and platforms
8. Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, knowledge of the principles of indexing and normalization of data;
9. Proficiency in Nginx and Apache
10. Experience with agile methodology
11. Knowledge of English (Russian will be a great plus)
