Sending e-mail problem

hi friends,

i m able to send email thru ROR. but every time i m sending mail it goes
to spam folder of the mail account.

i want to directly send it to inbox.
how to solve this problem?

Does both the plain text version of the email and the html version of
the
email go to the spam folder? do you have a layout for the html version
and
does the layout contain proper html anatome - head section and body
section,

tags round everything. I worked on a project a while ago and we had similar issues. I think this is where the problem was.
