Hi,
I’m the author of StarMan, an open source Rails app to assist Ruby
developers with a number of things including deployment. The project
may look dormant, but I use it regularly and haven’t found an urgent
need to add any features yet.
I will be updating it for Streamlined 0.0.7 and Rails 1.2 pretty
soon. I’m also looking at adding SSL support and process management
(like mongrel_cluster, but better).
Here’s your chance to give feedback in the planning stage.
Patches are also welcome. Just keep in mind that I’m only adding code
extracted from real world usage. General refactoring is welcome too
(and needed). If you have an idea for a completely different
direction I’m willing to branch the repository.
