I provide technical support in an educational environment. An Instructor is teaching Instant Rails (v. 1.4), which is installed on each student's XP workstation. She would like students to be able to ssh and ftp into a remote web server and upload their Instant Rails Web Applications to each of their home directories on the server. Then via a URL path to the application within their home directory, all students would be able to view their application. I have found documentation on how to setup Ruby on Rails in a Linux environment with multiple user repositories, but nothing specific to Instant Rails. Is it possible to setup Instant Rails in a similar environment? Any information on this subject would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
