Forum: RForum Rails application failed to start properly

hi,
 this is swaroop kanth , I hav developed my application using 
rubyonrails itis working properly on webrick server on localsystem and 
when i am trying to run this application on apche2 with fastcgi , I hav 
configured all configurations properly and my apache is running but 
whenever i want to run my rails application on apache2 with fastchi it 
is giving error like "Rails application failed to start properly" , why 
this is message am i getting i couldnot understand please let me out 
from this problem, give me a solution as soon as possible and in my 
apache log file i am getting message as
"[Tue Aug 29 10:33:31 2006] [warn] FastCGI: (dynamic) server 
"C:/web/app1/public/dispatch.fcgi" has failed to remain running for 30 
seconds given 3 attempts, its restart interval has been backed off to 
600 seconds"
