I'm running into a situation where subcontracting out large portions of
my
projects is starting to become a reality. I've partnered in the past
with
success, and would like to find some new people to work with.

I have a lot of new, interesting opportunities on my plate that I'd like
to
pass off to others if feasible. I'm looking for one to two people to
collaborate with on a project-by-project basis.

My company has done a few high profile projects with rails, most notably
Skunk Studios, and the Substruct e-commerce project.

If you're interested in picking up some freelance work drop me a cover
letter explaining why you kick ass with rails, what you've done with it
recently, your hourly rate, and of course a resume.

1099 only if my clients make me fill one out...
