Unfortunately, I do not think Windows Explorer (the file and folder
manager as opposed to web browser) hosts a COM server and object model.
It can be automated to some extent by sending messages to its child
windows, but that is a complex and less reliable approach than the COM
automation that is possible with Internet Explorer, Word, or Excel.
