Improved bundle making script

I’ve finally had a chance to spend some time cleaning up my little
bundle making tool.

I’ve found it useful (albeit not under Locomotive) and hope someone else
may find it helpful too.

It’s been tested on Linux (Kubuntu 5.10) and FreeBSD 5.3. An earlier
version worked fine on OS X; however, I’ve not tested it recently.

The script is attached to this message. Patches welcome!

Well, I know what a Bundle is in OSX, but I also was under the
impression it was an OSX-only kind of thing, so I suspect your tool
makes some other kind of “bundle.” I read through it, but, um, I’m
still not sure what it does/what it’s for. If I had to guess, I’d say
it’s intended to create a self-contained, or maybe self-installing,
Ruby application? Is there more info about/on it somewhere?
