Forum: Ruby on Rails :disable_with breaks form_remote_tag?

Announcement (2017-05-07): www.ruby-forum.com is now read-only since I unfortunately do not have the time to support and maintain the forum any more. Please see rubyonrails.org/community and ruby-lang.org/en/community for other Rails- und Ruby-related community platforms.

I just added :disable_with attributes to a handful of form submit tags,
and they
worked as expected for normal forms. But in the two instances where I
added them
to ajax forms (ie, form_remote_tag generated forms), they caused
unexpected
behavior -- rather than update a target, the form response loaded in the
browser as if it had been rendered with :layout => false.

Before I dig into what's going on, figured i'd see if it was a known
issue/bug.
has anyone else encountered this?

John
