That error message is a message from the SQL Server COM objects
themselves.
Something’s not quite right about the installation of the server. You
can
find some information on this message via Google. Apparently a few .Net
folks see this error in development.
No idea what causes it, but one fellow did mention that it happened
after
Windows Update.
