Rails on Windows 98 help

I have installed ruby 1.8.2-14 on my system.

I open up the command prompt and enter gem install rails --remote
It says bad command or file name.

I used Radar – O’Reilly to set
it up.

I had no problem on my previous hard drive running win2000, is there a
way I can get rails on win98?

Nevermind, Got it. I just renamed all the .cmd files to .bat files
