Do you like wine? C’mon, of course you do! We are an early stage
start up building a community site (and physical space applications)
around wine and wine lifestyle to take the wine industry from ‘web
0.1’ to ‘Web3.0’ (web 2.0 is pase, right?). As a small company, we
need people who are excited about building community, work hard, and
learn fast. Perks include (almost all the) free wine (you can drink)*.
Requirements:
computer science degree or equivalent.
2 years of experience developing web-based applications.
Strong HTML and CSS skills.
A proven ability to learn fast.
Organized and detail oriented.
Highly self motivated.
Preferred experience:
Experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails framework.
Experience developing Ajaxy applications.
Linux / unix sys admin experience.
Database development and optimization (MySql and / or postgresql).
Experience developing and / or using open source technologies.
