does exists a module similar to the Perl’s Encode::Guess in Ruby ?
i have to convert a bunch of html files some of those (roughly 40 %)
doesn’t declare the charset.
someone gave me an advice about a perl module “Encode::Guess” and i’d
like to know if the equivalent exists in Ruby…
