Still working on it unfortunately. The setup I have, while it works,
does not perform well. I get about 1/4th the performance that I get on
Linux with Lighttpd. In order to achieve the appropriate performance, I
have to use more dispatchers (4 on Windows compared to 1 on Linux).
Might work for you but not for us. I’ll probably finish it up today and
publish it to the list in case anyone else finds it useful.
(The delay in publishing this is mainly due to the fact that I’ve been
running performance tests because I really thought it would perform
better!)
