Keep Getting Error 403 - lighttpd

This may go to the lighttpd list but I’m not sure.

When I try to access my app I get 403 forbidden. The lighttpd error
log gives the following error

2006-02-27 14:16:09: (connections.c.1392) Warning: Either the
error-handler returned status 404 or the error-handler itself was not
found: /dispatch.fcgi
2006-02-27 14:16:09: (connections.c.1394) returning the original status
403
2006-02-27 14:16:09: (connections.c.1396) If this is a rails app:
check your production.log

The developemnt log (that’s what env I’m running in) is empty. The
production is as well.

The pertinant section of my lighttpd.conf file is below.

$HTTP[“host”] == “domain.name” {
server.document-root = “/usr/local/www/htdocs/domain.name/public/”
accesslog.filename = “/usr/local/www/logs/domain.name/access.log”
server.indexfiles = ( “index.html” )
server.error-handler-404 = “/dispatch.fcgi”

Rails stuff

FastCGI module

fastcgi.server = ( “.fcgi” =>
( “domain.name” =>
( “min-procs” => 1,
“max-procs” => 2,
“socket” => “/tmp/domain.name.fcgi.socket”,
“bin-path” =>
“/usr/local/www/htdocs/domain.name/public/dispatch.fcgi”,
“bin-environment” => ( “RAILS_ENV” => “development” )
)
)
)
}

Anyone see what I’m doing wrong here?
