Release notes?

I must be a real dolt. I have been search around at

http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/

and I cannot find the release notes for Ruby anywhere. I am looking for
the file that outlines changes from the prior version, particularly for
1.8.4.

Does anywhere know where this is kept?

Sorry, found it. It’s in the ChangeLog file in the source directory.
