Raggle 0.4.4

Raggle is a console RSS aggregator, written in Ruby. Features include
customizable keybindings, basic HTML rendering, HTTP proxy support, OPML
import/export, themes, support for various versions of RSS, Screen
support. browser auto-detection, and more. Raggle has been tested under
Linux, FreeBSD, Mac OSX, and OpenBSD, and should work properly under
other Unix variants as well.

Raggle 0.4.4 is mainly a bug-fix release, but we’ve thrown in a few
Christmas treats as well. Here’s a brief list of what’s new:

Changes in 0.4.4

  • New “yank” command (bound to shift-Y by default) for feed items with
    either empty or truncated descriptions.
  • Added --update command-line option (update your Raggle from Cron,
    the moon, etc).
  • Switched to Ruby’s built-in Logger class for logging. This gives us
a cleaner log file format, log rotation, and log levels.
  • New purge-deleted keybinding (bound to shift-P by default).
  • Improved I18N support
  • Documentation updates.
  • Lots of squashed bugs.
