Template Scaffold syntax error

Testing RSpec

I inherited a project from another developer.

I ran rspec . and I and getting the following error and I need help
figuring it out asap.

hello Nathan,

it is clearly showing the syntax error along with line where this error
is occurring , check the syntax, & may you have somewhere missing ‘<’ or
it is unnecessary present.
