Forum: Ruby-core Redmine & utf in title bug

I notice a lot of
"Subject changed from Remove 'useless' 'concatenation' syntax to Remove
'useless' 'concatenation' syntax"

Looks like a bug in redmine?... we're running a customized version of
redmine, if I recall correctly?

Anyways to update/fix/report it?

I'm also curious if there is a public repository for the Ruby's fork of
Redmine.

That should be https://github.com/asakusarb/redmine4ruby-lang .
