Is anyone planning on attending the OHM2013 conference (https://ohm2013.org/site/) in the nederlands this summer ? I'd like to submit a talk about GNURadio/rtl-sdr and signal processing prototyping using this tool/sound card (oriented towards digital mode reception and time & frequency characterization of oscillators since it is more related to by job), but would rather not compete with available sessions with a more competent speaker.
