Required skills:
- Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills
- Ability to solve problems quickly and completely
- A solid understanding of object oriented design and design patterns
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment
- Possess a positive attitude
- Proven proficency in Ruby/Ruby On Rails, Javascript, Ajax
- Ability to work both on front end and back end
- Ability to implement solid user interfaces (HTML, CSS, JQuery)
- Proficient with Git/GitHub/Git-Process
- Write clear and easy-to-read code
- Ability to write RSpec tests & and do TDD/BDD
- Ability to learn quickly new techniques/libraries
