Forum: GNU Radio gr-modtool -> master

Hi,

those following master may have noticed that gr-modtool is now part of
GNU Radio.

For those who use gr-modtool:

* If you install master or later, you will automatically have modtool on
  your system.
* The standalone version is invoked through gr_modtool.py, the GNU Radio
  version through gr_modtool (same as all our other cl-tools, no .py at
  the end). This also means you can install both without any trouble,
  although right now, they're pretty identical.
* I'll try and supply bug fixes to the standalone version for a while,
  but won't be adding features there, so using the standalone version is
  discouraged.
