*flickr_airlift *is a command line tool that comes with two binaries:

   - *flickr_uplift *bulk uploads all photos in a given directory.

   - *flickr_airlift *scrapes all of a given user's photos. (here's an 
example
   session <https://gist.github.com/0cd071320f022c06dc23>)

The main updates (all for flickr_airlift):

 * Now downloads original size images if the user bing scraped has a pro
account.
 * Skip files that have already been downloaded
 * Be more forgiving if users enter a bad screen name
 * Better stab at Windows Support
 * Using bundler for development
