Forum: Rails Germany Installation Problem

Hi Guys,

I'm completely new to ruby on rails and I'm having a little issue
installing it! I'm following the tutorial on railsinstaller.org step by
step but I guess I did something wrong and now I can't get the server to
start!

In Step 5 it says "restart your Command Line Prompt", so I closed the
console and reopened it, but now the rails server page won't open.

Assuming that closing the console was a mistake I tried to reinstall
everything, but now I won't get asked for my name and email adress, and
typing "rails s" won't start the server :/

I hope you Guys can help me out with this problem, I would really
appreciate it!
