以下のFiddleおよびDL関連のバグ修正のバックポートを希望します。

Fiddle bug fixes:
* r38073
* r38251 (documentation only)
* r38252 (documentation only)
DL bug fixes:
* r38202
* r38211 (SEGV発生のため #7516 にて独立してバックポート希望出していますが念の為)
* r38238 (r38202で追加した部分のrdocの修正)
* r38324
* r38326 (only tests)
