Forum: GNU Radio image 4rx.rbf

Hi!
I need some help from more experienced users. Following issue (I've also
added a picture):
The companion tells me to install image-4RX, but I don't know how to
tackle the problem.
My search for help brought out two web sites:

Didn't help because I don't where and how to use the commands
