Following a previously explained plan [ruby-core:48853], we'll release
2.0.0-preview2 tomorrow night (or so) unless there is big problem.

- Please keep rubyci [1] green.
- I've heard that importing rubygems 2.0 caused some errors on windows 
[2].
  Give it your all!
- Refinements will be released "as is" in preview2.
- Please let me know if you have a big problem. (such as build error and
  reproducible segfault in a usual case)
