4+ years of web development experience of consumer apps with 
cross-browser
compatibility requirements
Proficiency with all web technologies including HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Some experience with Ruby templating (ERB) and Rails MVC
Understanding of OOP and how to design elegant, resilient and reusable
software modules
Passionate about user experience
Problem solver who can work in a fast paced environment under little
supervision
Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
under
pressure
Team player with effective communication skills and a desire to 
collaborate
Familiarity with UNIX terminals
